The results are based on real data from the Canadian Real Estate Association for Nova Scotia. There are many factors that go into determining real market value so this is just an estimate. The result is based on your equity from when you purchased the home and what improvements you've made since.
What's the difference between a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and a Home Equity Report?
A CMA uses recent comparable sales to your property and uses variables such as features, market conditions, location etc. to establish a current market value to list the home. The Home Equity Report simply calculates MLS local data with the value of any updates you've made, your closing day and the price you paid for your property.
